I'd say that we've had more than our share of Rickys over the years, but we've never has a blue 330 so when we saw this one at the Dallas Guitar show, we just couldn't resist scooping it. You all know the deal with these "jangle jangle" machines, but to be able to do that and be....well, blue is nothing short of incredible. I'll also ask you for your forgiveness at the difference in picture tones, but this guitar, thinking it was special and being (here it comes) blue, gave me fits when I was photographing it. I mean this thing fought me like a Marlin and after I saw how some of the pictures turned out, it made me- you guessed it, blue. But, I shook it off and he we have a great guitar at a definite 'Elk price. And, if you ask Chicago Larry what he yells at Lee across every crowded guitar show he attends, he'll say "My Boy Blue"...no kidding! |
