“Get your motor runnin’
Head out on the highway
Lookin’ for adventure
And whatever comes our way
Yeah Darlin’ go make it happen
Take the world in a love embrace
Fire all of your guns at once
And explode into space.”

In case you didn’t know , that song was not only the featured song in “Easy Rider,” but
was also a single that was inducted into the Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame.
I don’t need to tell you boy’s how rare of a guitar this was. I know, you know
that Rickenbacker only did a limited run of 250 of these. You may also know, that on
the 381JK the features of this guitar makes this guitar unlike any
other Ricky.

This pair of HB-1 humbuckers, (active and passive mind you,) along with a phase mini toggle, and a four position rotary switch offers various single coil and humbucking pickup configurations destined to give you that  “Heavy Metal Thunder.”

This 1989 Rickenbacker John Kay signature model 381JK in exceptional condition and in perfect working order. Introduced in October of ’88, this model was limited to just 250 guitars and has been discontinued for decades. Easily one of the rarest and coolest Rickenbacker artist models ever put into production.

Drop the needle back down, Ray.
Like a true nature’s child
We were born, born to be wild
We can climb so high
I never wanna die.

Didn’t Nugent say that also in “Stranglehold?”
What’s that Ted? ” Some people say your gonna die someday, I got news, you never got to go.”
